In the open restaurant with bright sunlight, ou can enjoy a Japanese/ Western buffet in the morning and poplular lunch menu prepared by the hotel's chef on weekdays only

In the morning, we offer a variety of seasonal vegetables that you will enjoy, as well as a variety of energizing menus. In particular, the "Kaisen-don," a bowl of rice topped with seafood and prepared to your own taste, is very popular. For lunch, we offer the "Hotel's Special Unaju" which is softly steamed and grilled Unagi with a great seasoning, the "Yamamori Kaisen-don" with six different kinds of Sashimi including salmon roe and spiny snow crab, the "Pork Steak-don" with pork shoulder tenderized at a low temperature and grilled over high heat, and the hotel's signature "Yamitsuki Dry Curry" with vegetables slow-fried and flavored with seven different spices.
